We are proud to offer high caliber competitive training program in Men’s (MAG) Artistic Gymnastics that help our gymnasts grow into strong, skilled, and confident athletes!
KG offers second-to-none training ranging from pre-competitive developmental programs all the way to training provincial/national competitions. Although the sport is a very individual endeavor, KG competitive athletes experience a sense of team and club pride, as well as a sense of belonging. Attention is paid to each gymnast at their level to attain their personal best.
*Effective July 27, 2026, we will charge 2.4% to every transaction paid with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. This does not apply to debit cards (bank draft EFT) or other forms of payment.
Sport Insurance MEMBERSHIP:
Our recreational season runs from July 1st to June 30th. Athletes are required to pay an annual sports insurance fee of $44 at the time of registering, valid for all KG programs and events until June 30. Our competitive program runs from July 1- June 30.
MAG Competitive Program
Men’s gymnastics has a variety of pathways for all skill levels. KG is proud to offer the Invitational and Provincial pathway with the goal of offering the Elite pathway in the future.
DEMO Program
The DEMO program is for boys age 5+ who are new to competitive. This introductory program is the perfect mix of fun and fundamentals. Athletes will develop their strength, flexibility and endurance while mastering the skills needed to move up in the future. This program trains 4 hours a week and will attend 2 competitions in a year.
Ontario Invitational Program (Levels O1-O3)
The Ontario Invitational program is an introductory program for athletes age 7+ who are working towards the provincial stream. This program focuses on developing strength, flexibility and endurance while mastering skills. This program trains between 4-8 hours a week and will attend 2 competitions in a year.
Canadian Provincial Program (Levels P1-P3)
The CPP is for athletes who have developed their skills and are ready for more of a competitive challenge. Athletes will continue to build upon their strength and flexibility as well as develop higher level skills. This program will compete in 3 provincial qualifiers with the chance to attend provincial championships. The CPP program trains between 8-12 hours a week.
